These terms govern your use of tahmen.com, operated by TODO: ticari unvan (“Tahmen”, “we”). By using the site you accept them.

Tahmen is a free entertainment and statistics application for predicting the scorelines of Turkish Süper Lig matches.

There are no deposits, no withdrawals, no transfers between users, no odds, no coupons, no bookmaker links and no monetary prizes of any kind. Points have no monetary value and cannot be converted into money.

Predictions are not certain outcomes and are not betting advice. Nothing on the site may be construed as directing anyone toward activities covered by Turkish Law No. 7258.

Creating an account requires a valid email address and a password. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you provide.

You may not create an account if you are under 13. If you are under 18, you confirm that you use the account with your guardian's knowledge.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Tell us at TODO: iletisim@tahmen.com if you notice activity you did not authorise.

You choose one Süper Lig club when you register. The choice personalises the product and you cannot change it yourself afterwards.

It never restricts you: every user can view and predict every Süper Lig match.

If you chose wrongly, you can ask us to correct it at TODO: iletisim@tahmen.com. Every correction is recorded.

You may enter and revise a prediction as often as you like until kickoff. After kickoff no prediction can be entered or changed.

Scoring: 3 points for the correct result (1/X/2), 5 further points for an exact scoreline, 1 further point when the scoreline is wrong but the goal margin is right. An exact score and a correct draw do not also collect the margin bonus.

Points are calculated only from a verified official final score. Postponed and cancelled matches are never scored.

Results come from third-party data providers. If a result turns out to be wrong, points may be recalculated; every correction is recorded.

Which channel is showing a match is provided for information, on the best knowledge available to us.

Broadcasters can change rights and schedules. We do not guarantee this information is current or correct.

You may not use automated tools against the service, create multiple accounts to influence the standings, attempt to access anyone else's account, or act to make the site unavailable to others.

Your display name is public. We may change names that are abusive, discriminatory or obscene, or that impersonate another person or organisation, and close the account if necessary.

The design, software and text of the site belong to TODO: ticari unvan or its licensors.

Club crests, channel names and league names belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify which club or channel is being referred to. This use does not imply any affiliation with, or endorsement by, those organisations.

The service is provided “as is”. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

We are not liable for decisions you make on the basis of predictions, points, broadcast information or match data.

Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

You can delete your account at any time from your profile page. What deletion does is described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or close an account for a serious breach of these terms.

We may update these terms. We will announce material changes on the site and update the effective date at the top of this page.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction.
