KVKK Disclosure Notice

Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), your personal data is processed by TODO: ticari unvan as data controller, as described below.

Identity and contact data: email address, display name.

Transaction data: the club you support, your match predictions, your points and your standings history.

Security data: the hash of your password, session information, and the IP address in server access logs.

Creating your membership and giving you secure access to your account.

Running the prediction game: recording predictions, calculating points and producing the standings.

Personalising the product around the club you support.

Keeping the service secure and preventing abuse and automated access.

Providing support when you ask for it and meeting our legal obligations.

Performance of a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c): creating your account, recording your predictions and calculating your points.

Legal obligation (KVKK art. 5/2-ç): retention and notification duties arising from legislation.

Legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2-f): service security, prevention of abuse, and keeping scoring audit records.

Explicit consent (KVKK art. 5/1): only for non-essential cookies and, if you ask for them, informational messages.

Your personal data is collected electronically, from what you enter on the site and from records created automatically as you use it.

Your personal data is transferred to our hosting provider so that the service can be delivered.

No personal data about you is transferred to the third-party providers we obtain match, result and broadcast data from.

If any transfer abroad takes place, the conditions in KVKK art. 9 will be met and this notice will be updated.

To learn whether your personal data is processed, and to request information if it is.

To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly.

To know the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom the data is transferred.

To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data.

To request erasure or destruction of the data within the conditions set by the law.

To request that corrections and erasures be notified to third parties the data was transferred to.

To object to a result reached against you solely through automated analysis.

To claim compensation for damage suffered because of unlawful processing.

To download a copy of your data or delete your account, use the tools on your profile page; both take effect immediately.

If your request is refused, you retain the right to complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
